This will take you to blackboard and underneath the heading of Personal and Dependency Exemptions you will see a file by the same name .exe

1. Double click on the file
2. A window will pop up and ask to run or save. Choose save to desktop.
3. Once complete, close the window and blackboard.
4. Look at the desktop for a file with the icon 7z
5. Double click on that
6. It will ask you to extract and say OK
7. When that is done a new folder will appear on the desktop with the same name: Personal and Dependency Exemptions
8. Open the folder. There are three items inside that folder. Another folder, an acm file and an htm file
9. Click on the htm file. That will take you to the lecture. The other files in the new desktop folder must be available or the lecture will not start.
10. So, when people download the exe file and generate the folder on the desktop, they should not try to delete the other files that accompany the htm file.

You can only watch the lecture via internet explorer.
